Terms of Service

Welcome to Roux. These Terms are an agreement between you and My Roux, Inc.(“Roux,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Roux app and services. By creating an account or using Roux, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use Roux
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Your content
Your closet, photos, and messages are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide and improve the service for you (for example, to remove photo backgrounds, match items to products, and generate styling suggestions). You’re responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
Connected accounts
If you connect an email or calendar, you authorize Roux to access that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use.
AI styling suggestions
Margaux offers styling suggestions and information for your convenience. They’re provided “as is,” may not always be accurate, and are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
- Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Don’t use Roux to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.
Our intellectual property
Roux, including its name, branding, design, and software, belongs to My Roux, Inc.. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the service.
Beta software
Roux is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may occasionally be affected. We appreciate your patience and feedback as an early user.
Termination
You can stop using Roux and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Roux, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the date above and notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
